los bohemios
Los Bohemios transports audiences straight to the heart of a steamy Havana night or a romantic, sun-drenched Mexican courtyard. This premier acoustic ensemble effortlessly conjures the soulful, late-night romance of traditional Boleros in the style of Los Panchos, the passion of Mexican folklórica, and the fiery, high-energy dance rhythms of Cuban Son and Salsa in the vein of Buena Vista Social Club, alongside the vibrant, groove-heavy Latin Rock hits of Santana and Maná.
The ensemble features an exceptional lineup of top-tier musicians: Ricardo Peña (Vocals, Guitar, and Requinto), Amy Biondo (Vocals, Vihuela, and Hand Percussion), Bill Kopper (Guitar), Mark Diamond (Upright Bass), and Leo Corona (Vocals, Congas, and Bongos)
Performing on authentic instruments sourced from across Latin America, the group weaves beautiful three-part harmonies into a rich, traditional sonic landscape. From a heartfelt house concert to a packed, high-spirited dance floor, their impeccable artistry infuses concerts, clubs, and private events with the irresistible spirit of Latin America. Highly versatile, Los Bohemios can perform as an intimate duo, a 3- to 5-piece acoustic lineup, or scale up to a powerhouse 11-piece ensemble complete with full horn and percussion sections to perfectly fit any venue.

“Amy Biondo may not be Latina by birth, however, her heart beats Latin rhythms as she has been enamored by the music of América Latina all her life and her singing is the ideal addition to the group, reminiscent of the albums of Eydie Gormé with Trio Los Panchos …

"The harmonizing of Ricardo, Amy and Ed [is] seamless… Los Bohemios inject freshness to their renditions that will captivate even the most discerning listeners … [the album is] superb from start to finish. This is an auspicious debut for a group that evokes romance and at times makes you want to get up and dance.”
-Arturo Gomez, Music Director of KUVO, on Los Bohemios' self-titled album
