In this energizing and interactive workshop, vocalist and movement specialist Amy Biondo will help you break free from physical stiffness and explore how to sing with your whole body. You’ll discover how movement, breath, and body awareness can unlock greater emotional expression and musical fulfillment.
Through guided exercises and creative exploration, you'll learn to:

Los Bohemios is an acoustic ensemble performing Cuban Son, Salsa, and Boleros; Bossa Nova; Latin Rock; Latin Jazz and Mexican Mariachi repertoire. They offer beautiful 3-part harmony, Spanish guitars, acoustic bass and Latin percussion to create danceable salsa rhythms in the style of Buena Vista Social Club or Gloria Estefan, and romantic ballads in the style of Los Panchos. Featuring Amy Biondo (vocals, percussion), Ricardo Peña (guitar, vocals), Bill Kopper (guitar), Mark Diamond (bass), and Leo Corona (percussion).

Join us for an evening of California cool as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of Michael Franks' seminal album, The Art of Tea. We’ll take you on a journey through the velvety landscapes of Franks' music, exploring his unique blend of jazz and pop; tasty melodies; quirky, poetic, and profound lyrics; and themes of the subtleties of love as only Franks could tell them.

In this intimate setting, we'll share our own interpretation of Franks' beloved 1975 album The Art of Tea in its entirety, along with other cherished favorites from Franks’ illustrious career.

Amy Biondo is a Lafayette-based vocalist, songwriter, and vocal coach whose rich, emotional, and playful vocals are a perfect match for the effortless elegance of Michael Franks’ work. Featuring special guest Charles Blenzig, who has been Franks’ musical director for the past 35 years! Rounding out the quintet will be Colorado all-stars Bill Kopper (guitar), Gonzalo Teppa (bass), and Raoul Rossiter (drums).
