The full 5-piece band will be featuring their favorite music from all over Mexico, from traditional folklorica to contemporary Latin pop and rock and everything in between! Los Bohemios is an acoustic ensemble performing Cuban Son, Salsa, and Boleros; Bossa Nova; Latin Rock; Latin Jazz and Mexican Mariachi repertoire. They offer beautiful 3-part harmony, Spanish guitars, acoustic bass and Latin percussion to create danceable salsa rhythms in the style of Buena Vista Social Club or Gloria Estefan, and romantic ballads in the style of Los Panchos. We’ll take you on a journey through the velvety landscapes of Franks' music, exploring his unique blend of jazz and pop; tasty melodies; quirky, poetic, and profound lyrics; and themes of the subtleties of love as only Franks could tell them.

In this intimate setting, we'll lovingly share our own interpretations of timeless treasures from The Art of Tea, alongside other cherished favorites from Franks’ illustrious career.

Amy Biondo is a Lafayette-based vocalist, songwriter, and vocal coach whose rich, emotional, and playful vocals are a perfect match for the effortless elegance of Michael Franks’ work. Featuring special guest Charles Blenzig, who has been Franks’ musical director for the past 35 years! This all-star band also includes Bill Kopper (guitar), Gonzalo Teppa (bass), and Raoul Rossiter (drums).
